Story:
During the Western Han Dynasty, there was a man named Guo Jie from Henei who became a notorious local bully, committing countless evil deeds. He was extremely cunning and even dared to incite others to openly resist imperial commands.
Emperor Wu of Han was deeply angered by this and ordered his arrest. However, many officials attempted to defend Guo Jie.
The Imperial Censor-in-chief, Gongsun Hong, firmly stated that Guo Jie's crimes were so heinous that even death would not be sufficient punishment (罪不容诛), and therefore he deserved to be executed. Eventually, Emperor Wu agreed and ordered the execution of Guo Jie and his entire family.
