Story:
During the Western Han Dynasty, the philosopher Yang Xiong, inspired by Confucius's Analects, wrote a book titled 'Fa Yan'. In the chapter 'Zhong Li' of 'Fa Yan', he discussed the reasons behind the victory of Han King Liu Bang over the Hegemon King of Western Chu, Xiang Yu, in their struggle for supremacy.
Yang Xiong believed that Liu Bang was adept at adopting collective strategies and plans from many people. These collective strategies, in turn, enhanced the strength of his followers, leading him to ultimately win the empire.
