Story:
In the late Qin Dynasty, Xiang Liang and Xiang Yu enthroned Xiong Xin, King Huai of Chu's grandson, as King Huai of Chu and raised an army against the Qin Dynasty.
Qin general Zhang Han sent Wang Li and She Jian to lead troops to besiege the State of Zhao.
King Huai of Chu then dispatched Song Yi as the supreme general and Xiang Yu as his deputy to lead an army to rescue Zhao.
After Song Yi arrived in Anyang, he did not advance. He said to Xiang Yu: 'You are better than me at donning armor and wielding sharp weapons, but you are not as good as me at employing strategies.'
