恭恭敬敬 is a Chinese idiom (chengyu) meaning “with utmost respect”. Respectfully and reverently; in a humble and courteous manner. Literally, “respectfully respectfully”.
Jia Baoyu requested Grandmother Jia's permission for Qin Keqing's younger brother, Qin Zhong, to attend school with him. Qin Zhong was overjoyed and went back to tell his father, Qin Ye. Qin Ye, seeing that his son's previous teacher had passed away and this was a good opportunity, yet being financially constrained, knew the Jia family were wealthy and discerning. He managed to scrape together twenty-four taels of silver and, with utmost respect and humility, sent Qin Zhong to the Jia family's private school.
