Story:
During the Warring States period, King Ying Zheng of Qin resented Lü Buwei's excessive power and managed to oust him, leading to Lü Buwei's suicide.
Ying Zheng then issued an 'Order to Expel Guests,' dispersing all of Lü Buwei's retainers.
Li Si, one of Lü Buwei's retainers, submitted a memorial to Ying Zheng, hoping to serve the King of Qin.
Ying Zheng subsequently sent men to find Li Si at Mount Li, listened to his strategies, and appointed him as his chancellor.
