Story:
During the Spring and Autumn period, the State of Xing was invaded by the Di people from the north and sought assistance from the State of Qi.
Prime Minister Guan Zhong immediately reported the situation to Duke Huan of Qi. Duke Huan seemed hesitant.
Guan Zhong then remarked, "We cannot disregard the descendants of Duke Zhou. For a state to become steeped in comfort and ease is like 'zhen du' (poisoned wine)."
Convinced by this, Duke Huan decided to dispatch troops to aid the State of Xing.
