Story:

During the Western Jin Dynasty, Liu Kun, the Inspector of Bingzhou, on his way to assume office, observed bandits marauding and the common people displaced, scattered everywhere, with very few remaining. The people, bringing along their old and and weak, went out to beg for food.

Liu Kun recruited 1,000 men, fought his way to Jinyang, suppressed the bandits, and encouraged farmers to engage in agricultural production.

In less than half a year, the displaced people gradually returned to live in peace and contentment.
