During the Spring and Autumn period, Confucius of the State of Lu fled to the State of Qi to avoid war.
There, he heard the most beautiful music of Qi, 'Shao' and 'Wu'. After listening, he couldn't taste meat for several days, deeply pondering the differences between the two.
He remarked that 'Shao' was utterly perfect, and 'Wu' was also very beautiful, but still had minor flaws.
