Story:
Towards the end of the Shang Dynasty, King Zhou was notoriously tyrannical and debauched, causing widespread resentment among the common people.
King Wu of Zhou led a large army to surround the Shang capital. King Zhou ascended Lutai (Deer Terrace) and set himself on fire, committing suicide.
King Wu established the Zhou Dynasty, setting its capital in Haojing. He sent his soldiers home to engage in agricultural production and returned all the requisitioned cattle and horses, allowing the people across the land to live in peace and contentment.
