Story:
Towards the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Yellow Turban Rebellion broke out. Emperor Ling of Han dispatched Zhu Jun to lead an army to suppress it.
Zhu Jun piled up a mound outside the city, taller than the city walls, which gave him a clear view of the situation inside the city. He then used a strategy to capture the outer city.
The rebel general, Han Zhong, sought peace talks. Zhu Jun disagreed with the peace talks, and at the same time, he was not eager to attack the city immediately. He feared that if the soldiers and civilians within the city were united as one, they would be difficult to deal with.
