Story:
During the late Eastern Han Dynasty, the Guanzhong region was in great chaos, with warlords vying for power. Han Sui and Ma Teng each established their own dominance.
Cao Cao sent Zhong Yao to oversee them, ordering each to send a son to the capital as a hostage.
Later, Ma Chao, Han Sui, and others felt uneasy and decided to unite against Cao Cao, electing Han Sui as their commander-in-chief.
Han Sui's subordinate, Yan Xing, opposed launching an uprising, remarking, "Currently, all the generals in Guanzhong have reached the same conclusion without prior consultation, as if it were predestined by heaven."
